Materia design studio was born from the collaboration of two friends — a designer and a master carpenter — bringing together over 20 years of experience in interior architecture, design and craftsmanship.

Our approach is rooted in a close relationship between design and making. Every project is developed and overseen in-house, from the initial concept and spatial design to bespoke fabrication and final installation.

By keeping the entire process under one roof, we maintain complete control over every detail, ensuring that the original design intent is carried through to the finished space.

We believe in design that is considered, tactile and enduring — where materials, proportions and craftsmanship come together to create spaces with a distinct identity.

From the first line on the drawing to the final detail on site, we take care of every project personally, and we eventually let our work speak for itself.
